Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with issues and queries, troubleshooting problems as needed.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records of conversations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved satisfactorily.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Collect feedback from customers to improve service quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
