Responsibilities

- Maintain and update customer records and databases with accuracy.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
- Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and support basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to appropriate departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Support office supply management and maintain organized filing systems.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support and customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
