In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for managing and responding to incoming emails, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients, partners, and internal teams. Key Objectives
- Manage and prioritize incoming email correspondence to ensure prompt responses.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication aligned with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Track and document email interactions to support reporting and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to a high volume of emails daily, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Sort and categorize incoming messages to direct them to the appropriate teams or individuals.
- Draft clear, concise, and courteous email replies based on company guidelines.
- Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution of customer or partner inquiries.
- Maintain records of email communications and update internal databases as needed.
- Identify recurring issues or trends and provide feedback to improve communication processes.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for response times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in email management, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with email platforms and productivity tools (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, CRM systems).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
