Key Objectives

  • Verify and validate data entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality.

Responsibilities

  • Review and cross-check data from various sources to confirm accuracy.
  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in datasets.
  • Enter and update information in databases and systems with precision.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to clarify data-related issues.
  • Generate reports summarizing verification results and highlight areas of concern.
  • Adhere to data protection policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, verification, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with database software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or office setting.
