The Virtual Records Verification Clerk is responsible for reviewing and confirming the authenticity of various records and documents. This role ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient data management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of records and documents submitted electronically.
  • Cross-check information against established databases and sources to confirm validity.
  • Identify discrepancies or errors and communicate findings to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Maintain organized digital records and update verification statuses in tracking systems.
  • Adhere to confidentiality protocols and safeguard sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve verification processes.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in records verification, data entry, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
