Key Objectives
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic customer service through multiple communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights with relevant teams.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable using technology, including CRM software, chat platforms, and remote communication tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
